Agthia Group is one of the region’s leading Food & Beverage companies, with a growing international footprint. The Sales Manager drives growth with key KSA retailers by securing private label opportunities and building long-term, high-volume partnerships. The role owns the full journey from RFP to on-shelf launch, maximizing factory utilization while ensuring profitable, sustainable manufacturing agreements for the business unit.
المسؤوليات
- Lead end to end business development for KSA key retailers, owning the RFP process to win new Private Label contracts
- Build and execute the commercial growth strategy, expanding the customer base, routes to market, and channel coverage
- Own sales performance: targets, forecasting, revenue and expense governance, profitability, and DSO delivery
- Drive in market excellence through 5Ps execution to grow market share and optimize trade investments
- Manage retailer partnerships as the main point of contact, ensuring renewals, high service levels, CRM ownership, and regular business reviews
- Lead and develop the sales team through hiring, coaching, capability building, and KPI driven performance management
- Partner cross functionally to deliver flawless commercial plans and promotional execution
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and adapt strategy
المؤهلات
- 8+ years of Sales/Commercial experience in the KSA FMCG market
- 3–4 years specifically in Private Label or Contract Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of the KSA retail landscape, including Home Brand and private label strategies
- Solid experience leading technical product development projects from concept to launch
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including margin modeling and overhead absorption
- Confident negotiator for high-volume, multi-year B2B contracts
- Fluent in Arabic and English
