The Multi-Trade Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across various trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile skill set to handle the repair, installation, and upkeep of facilities and equipment in both residential and commercial settings.

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC trades
- Handle repair, installation, and upkeep of facilities and equipment
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely adhering to standards
- Partner with Operations to ensure brand standards are achieved across stores
- Work with Real Estate, Finance, and Projects teams for store rollout timelines
- Lead feasibility studies and prepare store business cases
