Americana Restaurants is looking for an Operations Manager for the TGIF brand. This role requires relocation to the UAE. The position involves maximizing profitability, leading high-performing teams, and driving the growth strategy for casual dining restaurants.
المسؤوليات
- Direct operations to maximize profitability and guest experience
- Lead and develop talent within the store teams
- Optimize schedules and deployment to minimize labor costs
- Partner with brand team on growth strategies and site feasibility
- Monitor KPIs and participate in P&L reviews
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
- 10-12 years of experience in Restaurant Operations
- Excellent English communication skills
