Seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our real estate sales team in Doha. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, guiding agents, and achieving sales targets.

المسؤوليات

  • Supervise and support the real estate sales team
  • Monitor daily sales activities and performance
  • Assist agents in closing deals and handling clients
  • Ensure sales targets and company goals are met
  • Coordinate with management on sales strategies and reports
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales
  • Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
  • Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
