Public Relations Manager- Retail | Saudi Arabia

A leading company specializing in the retail industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, is seeking a Public Relations Manager. The role is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation, strengthen government and media relations, and support corporate initiatives—including IPO preparation and major brand communication efforts.

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and corporate communication strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, and media outlets
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels including press releases and digital media
- Lead crisis communication efforts and manage sensitive or high-impact situations
- Oversee official announcements, media coverage, strategic events, and press conferences
- Collaborate with marketing, senior management, and external agencies to support brand reputation
- Monitor market trends, media sentiment, and competitor activities
- Manage PR agencies, communications vendors, and media partners
- Support company's IPO communication requirements and disclosures
- Represent the company in high-level meetings and public forums
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Government Relations
- Proven experience working with large organizations, preferably companies listed or preparing for IPO
- Strong network and relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies within Saudi Arabia
- Proven ability to manage crisis communication, media relations, and reputation management
- Familiarity with corporate governance, regulatory communication, and CMA requirements is a plus
