Plain is redefining customer support for B2B. As an early Support Engineer, you will combine technical depth and judgment to ensure customers get high-quality technical guidance.

  • Own the support queue during EU hours
  • Investigate, debug, and coordinate with engineering
  • Lead handover between EU and US timezones
  • Improve Help Center and self-serve documentation
  • Act as 'customer zero' for product feedback
  • Support customer-focused engineering work

المؤهلات

  • Experience as a Support Engineer in early-stage B2B SaaS
  • Technical skills: logs, SQL, APIs, webhooks
  • Initiative-driven and curious mindset
  • Clear and proactive communication
  • Commercially minded
