Plain is redefining customer support for B2B. As an early Support Engineer, you will combine technical depth and judgment to ensure customers get high-quality technical guidance.

- Own the support queue during EU hours
- Investigate, debug, and coordinate with engineering
- Lead handover between EU and US timezones
- Improve Help Center and self-serve documentation
- Act as 'customer zero' for product feedback
- Support customer-focused engineering work
المؤهلات
- Experience as a Support Engineer in early-stage B2B SaaS
- Technical skills: logs, SQL, APIs, webhooks
- Initiative-driven and curious mindset
- Clear and proactive communication
- Commercially minded
