Aries Interiors LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to manage daily accounting, administrative, and office coordination activities in Al Jurf, Ajman.
المسؤوليات
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (invoices, expenses, payments)
- Handle petty cash management and bank documentation
- Prepare quotations, LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes
- Track receivables and payables
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain filing of financial and project documents
- Assist with HR-related documentation and attendance
- Support management with reporting and data entry
المؤهلات
- Language: English is mandatory
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
