Assistant Accounting Manager

Supports the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including support to clients as they work with and understand these processes. Performs accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinate and implement accounting work and projects as assigned
- Coordinate and follow up on Accounting SOP audits
- Generate and provide accurate and timely reports and presentations
- Balance credit card ledgers and verify contracts for groups
- Maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment
- Complete period end functions
- Provide direction regarding accounting and budgeting policies
- Motivate and provide a productive work environment for employees
- Manage the quality process in customer service and employee satisfaction
المؤهلات
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major OR 2-year degree with 2 years experience in finance and accounting
