Supervise and manage day-to-day operations to ensure service levels and targets are consistently met. Monitor workflow and productivity, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management
