Sales & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Logistics Coordinator to manage international logistics operations and coordinate end-to-end sales and shipment activities. The role involves handling logistics between the company’s production facilities in Africa and client destinations across Europe and other global markets.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinate and manage shipping operations from African production facility to clients globally
- Oversee all documentation and logistics-related activities
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport partners
- Prepare, track, and update shipment schedules and invoices
- Support the sales team in managing client orders
- Maintain accurate records of shipment data and delivery timelines
- Communicate with production teams to align shipping schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability
- Handle after-sales support related to delivery and documentation issues
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in shipping and logistics coordination
- Immediately available to join
