Welcome, assist and escort guests/clients as it pertains to the spa, fitness and other areas within the hotel. Advising and educating guest of Spa treatment and produce options to suit their needs.
المسؤوليات
- Welcome, assist and escort guests/clients
- Read and update the daily log
- Educate guest of Spa treatment and produce options
- Operate the computer, copier, Spa reservations system and credit card machines
- Utilize the trace file and cashier sheets
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arabic & English languages
