We are hiring a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive revenue, build strategic client relationships, and position our recruitment offerings across Saudi Arabia. This is an on-site role supporting commercial growth for a specialist recruitment and talent solutions provider.
المسؤوليات
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new corporate clients
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles and negotiate terms
- Manage key accounts to expand service adoption
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM
- Represent the agency at client meetings and industry events
المؤهلات
- Proven track record selling recruitment solutions to GCC or Saudi corporate clients
- Established hiring manager network within Saudi Arabia
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred
