We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and business expansion within our outdoor sales operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of sales representatives and implement strategic sales initiatives.

- Lead and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Conduct daily field visits with team members for coaching
- Mentor new sales talent
- Prepare monthly and weekly forecasts and pipeline analysis
- Monitor sales targets and track daily achievements
- Consolidate market intelligence for management
- Coordinate with technical support and operations
المؤهلات
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Proficient English communication skills
