Manage the execution of risk and governance activities at the operational level, including monitoring compliance and tracking risk metrics.
المسؤوليات
- Manage implementation of risk and governance frameworks
- Monitor compliance in business units and report anomalies
- Maintain risk registers and data for risk assessments
- Manage governance procedures for Board requirements
- Update DOA matrix and monitor compliance
- Manage statutory filings and regulatory reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s in Law, Governance, Risk Management, or related field
- 12–14 years of relevant experience in risk and governance
