As Manager of Business Development, you will play a key executional and strategic role in scaling UnlockLand’s revenue and partnerships. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will own deal execution, pipeline development, and partner relationships across priority markets.

المسؤوليات

  • Own and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise, institutional, and public-sector prospects
  • Execute outbound and inbound business development initiatives
  • Lead discovery calls, product demos, and early-stage commercial discussions
  • Support deal structuring, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Build and manage relationships with developers, investors, consultants, and government stakeholders
  • Translate company strategy into executable BD campaigns and account plans
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts

المؤهلات

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategy
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS, PropTech, AI, or data-driven platforms preferred
