We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at leading provider of comprehensive facility management services. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing tailored facility management solutions.

المسؤوليات

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consultative Sales: Assess client needs and offer customized facility management solutions, including services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, HVAC, landscaping, and more.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of the company’s services.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of services post-sale and address any client concerns or issues.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
