المسؤوليات
- Manage the full permitting cycle: preparation, submission, and follow-up of all approvals/permits
- Coordinate approvals with relevant authorities and developers
- Compile and verify submission packages, including drawings and calculations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate design teams (Architecture, Structural, MEP) for documentation issuance
- Manage changes and revisions, maintain drawing version control
- Liaise with inspectors and attend site inspections
- Monitor approvals timelines and proactively remove blockers
- Prepare management reports on approvals status
