Lead Civil Engineer

Egis is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Al-Ahsa, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction supervision for Structural Buildings and road projects, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution. Egis is an international player active in architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and supervise infrastructure and road construction projects from inception to completion
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and review technical reports, including progress reports and change orders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
