Senior Contracts Engineer

Egis is an international player active in architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team for a major port project in Kuwait. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of contract management for this significant infrastructure development.
المسؤوليات
- Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts related to the port project
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout
- Implement and maintain effective contract management systems and processes
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolving disputes and claims
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
- Stay current with local construction codes and maritime regulations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management for large-scale construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of international contract law and FIDIC contracts
- Proven track record in successfully managing complex contracts and resolving contractual disputes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
