Core (Reservation) Manager - Four Seasons Hotel Madinah (Saudi National)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Core Manager to lead the Reservations function at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all reservation activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with the hotel’s revenue strategy.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage all Reservations operations
- Supervise, train, and develop the Reservations team
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking pace
- Ensure correct application of rates, packages, and promotions
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and Finance teams
- Oversee reservation systems and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare and analyze reservation reports, pickup trends, and forecasts
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Proven experience as a Reservations Manager or in a senior reservations role in luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of reservation systems, distribution channels, and revenue principles
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
