We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain & Operations practice. In this leadership role, you will help clients accelerate the adoption of digital technologies to drive operational performance improvement across the oil and gas industry. You will lead client engagement teams, deliver high-impact professional services, and contribute to business development initiatives on strategic and global priority accounts.

- Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on enhancing operational performance.
- Collaborate with clients to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies leveraging digital technologies.
- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions that optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital technology and the oil and gas sector.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 3 years in management consulting.
