Performance Marketing Specialist [REMOTE - US]

Theo is a fast-growing performance media agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting all aspects of media management and optimization on assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, and an understanding of multi-channel digital marketing programs.
المسؤوليات
- Manage paid media campaigns including Search, Social, and Video
- Build, monitor and optimize campaigns with attention to detail
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Account Management, Strategy, Analytics, and UX internal teams
- Support communication with clients in relation to paid media management
- Support media vendor representative communications
- Work with stakeholders to verify & QA media tags
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of agency/in-house performance media experience
- 2+ years of experience in 1+ primary digital advertising consoles (Google Ads, Meta)
- Plan, forecast, build, & execute media campaigns
- Monitor & optimize daily pacing & performance based on client KPIs
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
