Service Examiner

The Service Examiner at Otis is responsible for carrying out service field activities including preventive maintenance, call back attendance, planned/unplanned repair works, and modernization within the assigned route. The role requires carrying out duties in accordance with business policies and procedures.
المسؤوليات
- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of assigned units
- Conduct adjustments and repairs for Otis products
- Attend equipment call-backs and conduct fault finding
- Identify and report abnormalities through the maintenance process
- Coordinate with Line Operators for service level agreements
- Complete timesheets, log cards, and safety forms
- Ensure all operations are conducted within safe working procedures
- Report accidents, near misses, and potential hazards
المؤهلات
- Minimum 7 years experience in elevator industry
- Diploma or equivalent education
