As a key player in the Business Development Team, you will drive your own pipeline, identifying new market opportunities that align with the organization's commercial growth strategy. This role enables you to influence the direction of our market presence while leveraging your expertise in the fintech industry. You will collaborate with an international team, making significant contributions to our mission of facilitating seamless financial transactions across borders.
**Accountabilities:**
* Drive your own pipeline and seek out new business opportunities.
* Support ongoing commercial growth strategies for the organization.
* Identify and close new business deals independently.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders on the client side.
* Analyze market trends and key players in target verticals.
**Requirements:**
* 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
* 2+ years in the online payments/fintech industry.
* Strong understanding of payment products and processes.
* Relevant professional network within the payments or fintech ecosystem.
* Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
* Experience managing B2B deals with long sales cycles.
