SSC Al Suwaidi is seeking a Bid & Estimation Manager in Dammam for the catering and support services industry. The role focuses on technical risk assessment, cost estimation, and competitive strategy.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and review bid opportunities and develop winning strategies
- Perform project cost estimations and lead annual budgeting
- Write and compile comprehensive bid packages
- Conduct commercial risk assessments and negotiate with vendors
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to meet client needs
المؤهلات
- 7 to 9+ years of experience as a Bid Manager or Writer
- Catering industry experience is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Economics
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement laws
