This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of MEFMA. The position serves as a key operational arm and trusted partner to the Executive Director, while also acting as a central coordination point for the team.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the Executive Director
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Handle and respond to all MEFMA correspondence
  • Organize meetings and record minutes
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and insurance
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Oversee office operations and IT-related matters

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing executive support to senior leadership
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and familiarity with UAE labor practices
