Office Assistant

This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of MEFMA. The position serves as a key operational arm and trusted partner to the Executive Director, while also acting as a central coordination point for the team.
المسؤوليات
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the Executive Director
- Coordinate and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle and respond to all MEFMA correspondence
- Organize meetings and record minutes
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Manage employee records, contracts, and insurance
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- Oversee office operations and IT-related matters
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing executive support to senior leadership
- Solid understanding of HR processes and familiarity with UAE labor practices
