Support the execution of category strategies and daily trading operations, using data insights, customer behavior, and market trends to help drive revenue, margin, and site performance across digital platforms. Coordinate and optimize key ecommerce functions including site merchandising, pricing, promotions, product readiness, and omnichannel fulfilment.

المسؤوليات

  • Assist in the development and execution of category strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor performance and take proactive measures to achieve revenue targets.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into category performance.
  • Create and present regular reports on category performance and KPIs.
  • Review and analyse onsite customer experience identifying opportunities to drive conversion.
  • Ensure alignment with retail pricing & promotional calendar.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports.

المؤهلات

  • Proficiency in using website content management systems and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce, Akeneo, Fluent).
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse data.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
