The Senior Project Officer (SPO) supports day-to-day delivery of Roots for Growth, a livelihoods program that empowers household-led microenterprises and strengthens child well-being in Upper Egypt. The SPO coordinates implementation across partners.
المسؤوليات
- Translate Results Framework into micro-plans.
- Coordinate cohort scheduling and partner roles.
- Facilitate quarterly learning sessions.
- Lead outreach and mobilization strategy.
- Supervise implementation of capacity-building packages.
- Build new partnerships with the private sector.
- Budget Execution, Procurement and Compliance.
- Monitor data completeness/quality.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience delivering livelihoods/economic-empowerment programming.
