Lead end‑to‑end packaging innovation, optimization, and compliance across the food/protein product portfolio. Driving technical development, sustainability initiatives, cost optimization, and supplier management.

- Lead development of innovative packaging solutions
- Manage packaging development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Conduct material and performance testing
- Drive sustainability initiatives
- Partner with packaging suppliers
- Lead packaging optimization and cost‑saving projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot packaging issues on production lines
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in packaging development within food/protein industry
