Ensure that all Reservation Agents have up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room layouts, availability, rates, and promotions. The role involves driving upselling, achieving revenue targets, and assisting reservation leaders in managing the department.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure Reservation Agents are up-to-date on all hotel facilities, services, and room availability
- Take personal responsibility for driving up selling and achieving revenue targets
- Assist reservation leaders to effectively manage and operate the reservations department
- Understand the roles of Sales, GSOs and Front Office in relation to the role of reservations
- Continuously review technical problems and operational procedures
المؤهلات
- Bachelor Degree
