Lead Project Manager

Lead Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives and drive successful delivery across distributed teams. This is a full-time remote role for a senior project leader who combines strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and people leadership in a remote, fast-paced environment.
المسؤوليات
- Lead, mentor, and oversee project managers
- Manage multiple software projects across distributed teams and time zones
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Act as main communication point between leadership and technical teams
- Ensure projects follow Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement
- Promote collaboration and high-performance culture
المؤهلات
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7 10 years of project management experience including leadership or senior PM roles within software industry
- Proven experience delivering complex software or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Fluency in English is required
- PMP or similar project management certifications are an advantage
