Lead the electromechanical technician team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and coach the electromechanical technician team
- Diagnose and identify vehicle malfunctions and technical faults
- Ensure correct spare parts are requested and used
- Monitor workflow and job order completion
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment appearance
- Schedule preventive maintenance for workshop tools
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputable automotive dealership or workshop
