Auxilius is a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company revolutionizing how innovative biotechs manage financial operations. We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Operations team. You’ll act as a client-facing partner, helping biotech customers understand, optimize, and scale their accounting processes using our platform.
المسؤوليات
- Design, implement, and maintain technical accounting workflows within the Auxilius platform
- Support accounting-focused onboarding, training, and enablement
- Perform detailed QA/QC reviews of financial data
- Support adherence to client accounting methodologies and internal controls
- Provide accounting support through data processing, analysis, and issue resolution
- Participate in product development testing for accounting features
- Identify opportunities to standardize and improve accounting workflows at scale
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years in accounting or finance roles (startup experience preferred)
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
