This is a performance-based, independent opportunity designed for professionals who are comfortable working outside traditional employment structures and value ownership over their schedule and outcomes.

- Conduct structured, consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
- Support individuals exploring career change, growth, and work–life balance
- Use a relationship-focused, needs-based communication approach
- Clearly explain learning pathways and program expectations
- Maintain notes and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
- Manage your own schedule and workflow independently
المؤهلات
- Experience in HR, coaching, career advising, client success, or admissions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Open to performance-based, non-traditional work models
