Sr. Finance Manager (manufacturing) Operations

Lead the plant's 5-year financial plan and drive cost optimization across manufacturing. To lead all financial planning, analysis, and control activities across the EV manufacturing plant. Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive cost efficiency, profitability, and capital effectiveness.
المسؤوليات
- Act as finance business partner to Plant Director
- Lead annual plant budget and quarterly forecasts
- Manage detailed shop-wise cost centers
- Implement standard costing and variance analysis
- Develop and track Cost per unit (CPU)
- Partner with operations to improve material utilization
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs
- Lead and mentor manufacturing finance team
المؤهلات
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance
- 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing finance
- At least 5 years in plant controlling
