Customer Success Manager, Circle Plus

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive the success of our premium-tier customers. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships and guiding customers through platform adoption.
المسؤوليات
- Serve as primary point of contact for premium customers
- Conduct strategy sessions to maximize platform value
- Analyze usage data to identify risks and implement engagement campaigns
- Support renewal and expansion cycles
المؤهلات
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or community management
- Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2)
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts
- Strong analytical skills
