We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive the success of our premium-tier customers. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships and guiding customers through platform adoption.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for premium customers
  • Conduct strategy sessions to maximize platform value
  • Analyze usage data to identify risks and implement engagement campaigns
  • Support renewal and expansion cycles

المؤهلات

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or community management
  • Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2)
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts
  • Strong analytical skills
