Responsible for various initiatives including Diversity and Inclusion, Winning Mindset Culture, HR Policies and Procedures, and Way of Working / Productivity Elevation at adidas Türkiye.
المسؤوليات
- Driving implementation and execution of HR strategies
- Analyzing all HR related processes
- Analyzing and reporting results of Employee Surveys
- Ensuring all HR KPIs are achieved
المؤهلات
- BS degree in Management, Economics, Social Sciences or related field
- At least 7 (+) years’ HR experience
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Advanced MS Office skills
