Travel Square Company announces its need for a Visa Processing Specialist with proven hands-on experience in dealing with embassy electronic application systems and professional file management.
المسؤوليات
- Manage electronic visa application processes (E-Visa Systems)
- Follow up on applications from registration until receiving the final result
- Prepare and review applicants’ files and ensure documents are complete
- Coordinate directly with embassies and various visa centers
- Enter data into electronic systems in an organized manner
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and assist with inquiries
- Develop application procedures to reduce errors and speed up processing
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in electronic visa procedures and embassy websites
- Good knowledge of travel procedures and requirements (especially European and Asian)
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing)
