We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
المسؤوليات
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Stay updated on hotel policies, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests
المؤهلات
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
- Knowledge of local attractions and services in Kuwait City
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
