We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and execute logistics operations for events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinate transportation, delivery, setup, and dismantling of event materials
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, drivers, and onsite teams
- Prepare logistics schedules, delivery plans, and timelines
- Manage gate passes, venue access, and necessary permits
- Track inventory and ensure materials are returned after events
