We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing medium to high complexity claims, ensuring accurate processing, and providing excellent client service. You will work closely with underwriters, insurers, clients, and claims advocates to resolve claims efficiently and in accordance with company policies. Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan, is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.

- Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications
- Identify affected policies or coverage areas for medium value claims
- Determine coverage for medium complexity claims by leveraging policy knowledge
- Liaise with clients to resolve claim-related issues or service concerns
- Generate and maintain accurate claims reports
المؤهلات
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply insurance policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Experience in claims processing or a related insurance role is preferred
