Nestlé is looking for a Shift Leader for its Balıkesir Factory. The role ensures safe working conditions, personnel hygiene, and shift production targets while managing a team of blue-collar workers.

- Lead Safety Culture and Safe Working Environment
- Enforce personnel hygiene and safety procedures
- Track production availability and shift targets
- Investigate deviations using root cause analysis
- Manage team development and competencies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Food Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Management of Blue Collars experience
- Excellent command of English
