Human Resources Officer (HR Officer)

The Part-Time HR Officer supports the company in managing day-to-day human resources tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, attendance, and basic administrative duties. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR processes.
المسؤوليات
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening CVs
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation
- Support onboarding processes
- Monitor attendance records, leave requests, and overtime
- Maintain and update employee files
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, warnings)
- Support the implementation of company policies
- Assist in updating job descriptions and organizational charts
- Track training needs and assist in planning programs
- Support HR-related logistics and office coordination
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or administration preferred
