Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Retail Manager responsible for the overall operation, merchandising, and financial performance of the Lobby Boutique and Spa Boutique. Oversees daily retail activities, inventory control, and visual merchandising aligned with luxury positioning.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily operations of Lobby and Spa Boutiques
- Lead and supervise the retail team
- Develop and manage retail budgets and monitor costs
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to adjust strategies
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies
- Oversee inventory management and stock levels
- Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales and operational reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or Hospitality
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail management
- Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
