Senior Client Relationship Officer

1. Visiting & contacting existing clients on a regular basis. 2. Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities and direct them to the appropriate distribution channels. 3. Proactively seek to identify customer needs and effective at cross-selling and follow up. 4. Take full ownership of customers' problems and ensure complete customer satisfaction of problem solving. 5. Manages day-to-day activities for maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships. 6. Be involved in other projects related to the client services platform. 7. Comply with Company policies and procedures to ensure security of Company's and customer's assets. 8. Interacting with the customers via fax, phone, the internet, email, or in person to address directly the customer issues. 9. Support the Sr. Manager and/or the Head of Client Relations in issues related to CRD. 10. Participation in project work where applicable. 11. Supervising the customer service representatives’ team and ensuring that all the customers receive immediate service. 12. Schedule, prepare and conduct meetings/briefings for clients. 13. Diligently using, maintaining and updating customer information using CRD. 14. Providing accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities to management and clients.
