Human Resources Manager

The primary purpose of the HR Manager role is to develop, implement, and continuously enhance ESOM’s HR Services framework to effectively support current operations and future organizational growth.
المسؤوليات
- Effectively manage operational HR processes, including Personnel Administration and Payroll
- Handle HR processes of a confidential nature with high discretion
- Oversee HR records management to ensure compliance
- Lead and support HR-related projects like ERP implementation
- Develop, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage relationships with external HR service providers in KSA
- Ensure continuous compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Define, track, and analyze HR Department KPIs
- Support professional development and performance management of HR team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
