The primary purpose of the HR Manager role is to develop, implement, and continuously enhance ESOM’s HR Services framework to effectively support current operations and future organizational growth.

المسؤوليات

  • Effectively manage operational HR processes, including Personnel Administration and Payroll
  • Handle HR processes of a confidential nature with high discretion
  • Oversee HR records management to ensure compliance
  • Lead and support HR-related projects like ERP implementation
  • Develop, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage relationships with external HR service providers in KSA
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Saudi Labor Law
  • Define, track, and analyze HR Department KPIs
  • Support professional development and performance management of HR team

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
