Fit-Out Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise to lead large-scale fit-out and construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
المسؤوليات
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and fit-out projects
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety compliance
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management
- Proven track record managing large-scale fit-out projects
