Luxe Living Collection is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to handle administrative follow-ups, contract and tenancy renewals, compliance tracking, and basic HR paperwork.

المسؤوليات

  • Track and follow up on administrative and compliance items
  • Manage tenancy contract renewals, insurances, and agreements
  • Handle basic HR administrative paperwork (hiring documents, labor-related documents)
  • Keep records, documentation, and files accurate and up to date
  • Support daily office operations and internal coordination

المؤهلات

  • Previous administrative or operations experience in the UAE (Required)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with contracts and documents
  • Experience in Holiday Homes, Real Estate, or Property Management (Preferred)
