Data Center Infrastructure Operations Manager

Seeking a highly skilled Data Center Infrastructure Operations Manager with strong management capabilities to lead IT infrastructure teams. This role focuses on IT infrastructure and excludes electro-mechanical and logistics aspects. Key responsibilities include team management, overseeing NOC and SOC operations, network design, risk management, and virtualization support.
المسؤوليات
- Recruit, build, and mentor high-performing teams
- Manage Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) operations
- Utilize network management and monitoring systems such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and ManageEngine
- Implement risk management strategies and possess cybersecurity experience
- Develop and maintain security and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation
- Oversee SIEM solutions and manage firewalls, VPNs, and IPS
- Design network campus switching and support multi-layer architecture switching
- Manage computing hardware, storage solutions, and backup systems
- Manage data center infrastructure projects
- Oversee vendors and contractors involved in data center operations
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in English and Arabic
