As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you play a key role in supporting the sales, merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. By building strong relationships with the partner’s staff and influencing their advocacy for Apple, you’ll help drive product knowledge, brand awareness, and sales success.
المسؤوليات
- Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand
- Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers
- Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing products, accessories, and services
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness
- Ensure all Apple fixtures and merchandising elements in the store are up to date
- Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines
- Educate customers by delivering product demonstrations
- Train partner staff on Apple products and brand advocacy
المؤهلات
- 2 years of related experience
- Fluency in Arabic and ability to communicate in English
